Counseling Student Intern supervised by Dr.Kristin Ross, LMFT-S

I’m Miesha

I am a therapist who works with adults who feel worn down by stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of the people I work with are capable, caring individuals who have spent a long-time putting others first and are ready for space to focus on themselves. I offer a calm, supportive therapy space where we can make sense of what has been keeping you stuck and work toward steady, meaningful change.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you have been carrying a lot for a long time. You may feel emotionally tired, stuck, or unsure where to start, even while holding things together for everyone else. If that resonates, you are not alone, and you do not have to navigate it by yourself. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you are carrying, without pressure to have it all figured out.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative and paced with care, helping you find relief, build clarity, and move forward in a way that feels steady and manageable. You do not have to rush or perform here. I also work with couples who feel disconnected or caught in repeating patterns and want support to improve communication and rebuild connections in a respectful, grounded way.
