A little bit about me Personally…

Today, I provide success driven families and couples in Rowlett, Garland, and the surrounding Lake Ray Hubbard area a sophisticated, research-backed approach to strengthening marriages.
My practice utilizes clinically proven methods and scientifically backed methodologies, including our own special blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, to ensure every minute spent in session is a worthwhile investment in your family's legacy. By implementing strict clinical routines and evidence-based protocols, we move beyond temporary fixes to build a happier, more fulfilling marriage that better aligns with your professional and personal ideals.
