NICE TO MEET YOU
I’m Jessica.I am glad you are here.
I know starting therapy can be a scary step. It means that you are choosing yourself and choosing to work towards better days. Healing starts here.
Therapy for When It Feels Heavy: Support for Individuals, Kids, and Families
Sometimes life just feels heavy—whether it’s the anxiety that won’t let up, the emotional weight of past experiences, or the overwhelm of trying to keep it all together for your family. I offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals who are carrying a lot, especially when old wounds or family dynamics are still shaping how you feel, react, and relate. Together, we’ll create space for healing, and work toward patterns that feel more manageable and aligned with who you want to be.
I also work with children with disabilities and their families. Using play therapy, I support kids in building emotional regulation, connection, and communication skills. For caregivers, I offer guidance and reassurance, as well as practical help navigating school systems and IEPs. My background in special education means I know how frustrating and isolating this process can be—and I’m here to help your family feel more supported and understood.
