Hi, I’m Jasmine.

I offer a warm, steady presence for teens, couples, and families who need a supportive space to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in helping you feel connected, empowered, and truly seen.

Who I am

  • A therapist who leads with warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility.

  • Someone who values emotional safety, authenticity, and collaboration in the therapy room.

  • A clinician who honors multicultural identities and approaches healing from a holistic, systemic lens.

  • Passionate about helping clients feel grounded, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.

Who you are

  • A teen, couple, or family looking for a space to sort through anxiety, stress, trauma, or big transitions.

  • Someone who wants to be heard without judgment and supported without pressure.

  • A person trying to strengthen communication, understand patterns, or reconnect with yourself or someone you love.

  • Someone who values a therapist who acknowledges culture, identity, and lived experience as central to healing.

  • A client who is ready, slowly or courageously, to explore what’s beneath the surface and move toward growth.

My Style

When you come into session with me, you can expect a calm and welcoming space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. I move at your pace and take time to understand your story—your relationships, your identity, your culture, and the experiences that shaped you. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of the patterns or feelings that may feel confusing or overwhelming right now.

My goal is for therapy to feel grounding and supportive. You can expect a balance of reflection, emotional exploration, and practical guidance you can carry with you outside the room. I show up with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine belief in your capacity for healing and growth. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen connection, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel resilient, capable, and worthy of care.

A little bit about me professionally

My approach blends solution-focused strategies, family systems work, and a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens to help you feel grounded, understood, and supported. I’m especially passionate about working with teens, couples, and families navigating anxiety, identity questions, communication challenges, and major life transitions, because I know how overwhelming and lonely those moments can feel. My goal is to create a culturally responsive and emotionally safe space where you can explore your story, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel resilient and capable.
