Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Maybe you’ve been carrying expectations from others, or even from yourself, that feel heavy and paralyzing. You might be navigating life changes, feeling stuck in patterns of self-doubt, or searching for clarity after stress or loss. It’s not always easy to know where to begin, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Here, you’ll find a safe and supportive space to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with your own voice. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and take meaningful steps toward balance, clarity, and confidence.
My Style
My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with mindfulness to help you notice and accept difficult emotions without letting them define you. Together, we’ll clarify your values, quiet outside expectations, and turn what matters most to you into meaningful steps forward. In our work, you’ll have a supportive space to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and create a more balanced, authentic life.

A little bit about me professionally
I started my career in Human Resources because I wanted to create positive change in the workplace. Over time, I realized what mattered most to me wasn’t policies or systems — it was the real human connections. That realization led me to shift paths and focus on supporting people in life, not just at work.
In 2024, I began coaching with Healthy Gamer while pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Coaching showed me how powerful psychoeducation and self-awareness can be in helping people feel more grounded and capable of change. Today, I bring that same passion and presence into therapy — creating a space where you can grow, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values.
