Counseling Student Intern supervised by Dr.Kristin Ross, LMFT-S

You made it! Let’s take it from here.
I’m Sidney
My hope is that this space gives you room to explore, rest, and make sense of what matters to you—without pressure to be anything other than yourself.
Therapy for Life Transitions
I specialize in helping teens, young adults, couples, and older adults move through life’s biggest changes. Whether you’re stepping into independence, navigating new relationships, adjusting to parenthood, or processing retirement, transitions can stir up anxiety, self-doubt, or questions about identity.
This is an affirming, LGBTQ+-inclusive space where your story and experiences are always respected. I believe none of us live in isolation—so I work with both individuals and couples, always mindful of the relationships and systems that shape your life.am committed to helping my clients build resilience, cultivate stronger connections and to advocate for their physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Supporting Athletes with Mental Health and Wellness
Alongside life transitions, I also work with athletes of all levels who face the unique challenge of balancing performance with overall wellness.
Athletes often experience pressure to succeed, fear of failure, or difficulty separating identity from sport. Injuries, burnout, and the shift into or out of competition can feel overwhelming. In therapy, I provide space to process those experiences, strengthen mental resilience, and reconnect with purpose both inside and outside of athletics.
My Approach to Counseling
My work is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, which means I honor your pace and focus on what feels most important to you.
Clients describe me as authentic, grounded, and affirming. You can expect:
A safe, judgment-free space to explore your experiences
Honest reflection and accountability balanced with warmth and humor
Mindfulness strategies, breathwork, and holistic wellness practices
Support for clarifying values, strengthening identity, and navigating stress
Is This You?
You might be seeking therapy if you are:
A Teen or Young Adult
Exploring identity, independence, and emotional balance.
A Couple
Adjusting to stress, new roles, or communication struggles.
A Senior
Processing grief, health concerns, or retirement transitions.
An Athlete
Balancing performance, identity, and life outside of sport.
If you’re navigating change—or carrying the weight of high expectations—I’d be honored to support you.
